The body of a Scriba man was found behind Olde Timer’s Inn on county Route 1, in Scriba, Monday morning.
The body of Theodore M. Losurdo, 53, of Nine Mile Point Road, was found around 10:30 a.m. in a swampy area near railroad tracks that run along county Route 1. The body was submerged in water and pinned below a four-wheel ATV, according to the sheriff’s department.
