Scriba, N.Y. -

Craig A. Bradley, 42, of 1182 Middle Road, Oswego, was arrested Thursday for first-degree criminal sex act, second-degree assault, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon (previous conviction), and first-degree unlawful imprisonment — all felonies.

According to Oswego County Sheriff’s reports, Bradley was further charged with assault with intent to cause physical injury, second-degree reckless endangerment, and second-degree menacing —all class-A misdemeanors and unlawful possession of marijuana.

The charges stemmed from a domestic dispute in which he allegedly punched a female victim in the head more than once while riding as a passenger in a vehicle and then threatened to kill her and bury her in some weeds.

Once arriving at the residence, he proceeded to push her head down in the bathroom causing her to hit it on the toilet seat and urinated on her. Reportedly, Bradley then continued to punch her and choke her until he retrieved some knives and a meat cleaver from the kitchen, making cuts in her ankle telling her he was going to cut her ankle so she couldn’t walk anymore and then stating he could use the meat cleaver to cut her up, reports said.

He was arraigned before Scriba Town Court and remanded to the Oswego County Correctional Facility with no bail. He is scheduled to return to Scriba Town Court Thursday.
