Oswego, N.Y. -

One day after a multi-agency drug bust resulted in the arrest of 39 people, one of the four alleged suspects police are still searching for, turned herself in.

Kally Carr, 24, of East Second Street, Oswego, turned herself into police Friday morning in connection with the drug ring in which cocaine was transported from Rochester to Oswego County. The seven-agency investigation seized nearly one pound of cocaine worth more than $35,000 in the past couple of months.

Carr was charged with two counts of criminal sale of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class-B felony; two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree, a class-B felony; and two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the fifth degree, a class-D felony.

Two separate investigations, one conducted by the Oswego Police Department and another by Attorney General Andrew Cuomo’s office, resulted in the break up of the drug ring, and the arrest of now 40 people living in Rochester and Oswego County.

According to Oswego Police Chief Michael Dehm, two years ago, the department launched its own investigation and realized the Fulton Police Department was conducting a similar investigation. The two departments contacted Cuomo and roughly one year ago, the attorney general’s Organized Crime Task Force began investigating the alleged drug trafficking.

There are three remaining suspects police are still looking for and the investigation is ongoing.

Carr was arraigned Friday morning in Oswego City Court in front of Judge Spencer Ludington. She was released on her own recognizance and is slated to return to court Wednesday afternoon.
