Lynn Reitz, 56, a resident of Cato, died Monday, May 5, 2008, at her residence.

Lynn was born in Brooklyn on March 20, 1952, the daughter of the late Michael Costantino Sr. and Anna Maffei.

She had resided in Cato for the past 15 years and taught speech and language at the North Rose Wolcott School District. She enjoyed teaching children, baking and cooking for others and was particularly well-known for her pies.

She is survived by her husband, Steven Reitz of Cato; one son, Timothy Reitz, of Cato; and special cousins, Susan and Katherine Maffei both of Niagara Falls and Francis Maffei of North Dakota.

In addition to her parents, she was predeceased by her brother, Michael Costantino Jr.

Family and friends may call from 5-7 p.m., Friday, at Jewell Funeral Homes, Inc., 13164 South St., Cato.

Memorial services will immediately follow at 7 p.m. at the funeral home.
