Charlotte L. (McGlen) Blake, 87, of Hannibal, died Wednesday, June 25, 2008 at Oswego Hospital.

Born in the town of Oswego to the late Edward and Mary McGlen, she was a life resident of the Hannibal area.

Charlotte retired from Syroco in Baldwinsville in 1981. She was a member of South Hannibal Federated Church.

Charlotte was predeceased by her husband, Ernest Blake, who died in 1968 and by a grandson, Brian Blake, who died in 1988.

Surviving are six children, Richard Blake of Hannibal, Diane (Ray) DuBois of Prattsburgh, Barbara Green of Phoenix, Marlene Robinson of Oswego, Jerry (Donna) Blake of Hannibal and Christine (Dave) Wolford of Fulton; 12 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; two step-great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours are noon to 3 p.m. Saturday with a 3 p.m. service to follow at Foster Funeral Home, 837 Cayuga St., Hannibal.

Burial will be at Hannibal Village Cemetery.
