Clarence R. “Skip” Bellinger Jr., formerly of Scriba, passed away peacefully on Monday,  June 16, 2008, with his wife, seven children, several grandchildren and friends at his bedside in Triumph Hospital, Tomball, Texas. He was 77 years old.

He was a member of the Masonic Lodge #127 in Oswego for 50 years. He also worked as a union mason and marble setter all his life.

He is survived by his wife of 60 years, Jane Louise (Geddes) Bellinger; seven children, Gene (Phyllis) Bellinger of Fulton, Connie (Scott) Williams of Virginia Beach, Va., Lorie Goodpasture of Hempstead, Texas, April (Horst) Cosgrove of Franklin, Texas, Craig (Debbie) Bellinger of Houston, Texas, Julie (Robert) Kroeger, of Katy, Texas, Eric (Jeana) Bellinger, of Hempstead; one sister, Patricia Bellinger of Cypress, Texas; 17 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; two nieces and one nephew.

He was a loving husband, father and friend. He will be deeply missed.

Services will be held in Houston, Texas.
