Doris Draper Jodway, 87, of Fulton passed away Sunday, Aug. 17, 2008 at home. A native of Granby, she was a life resident of the area.

Doris had worked at Nestle Co., Comstock Foods and Birdseye Foods for several years. She was a past member of the Fulton Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 569.

She was a communicant of The Church of the Immaculate Conception, Fulton.
 
For several years, Doris traveled to South Carolina to visit her brother and sister-in-law and family. Doris enjoyed camping.

She was predeceased by a son, Gene Jodway; a granddaughter, Doreen Jodway; a brother, Ralph; and a sister, Bernice.

Surviving are her husband, Leon Jodway; seven children, Larry Jodway, Darryl Jodway, Wanda Richards, Dennis Jodway, Vicki Jodway, Steven Jodway and Jacqueline Jodway; a sister, Avis Blasczienski; 11 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.

Services will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday at Foster Funeral Home, Fulton.

Burial will be at St. Mary’s Cemetery.

Calling hours are 3-6 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, 910 Fay St., Fulton.
