John Aylward and Steve Czarnecki tallied three goals each, and Brett McClelland had two goals and three assists, to propel the Oswego varsity boys lacrosse team past Henninger 15-5 on Tuesday.
The Bucs took a 3-1 first-quarter lead, then outscored the Black Knights 5-2 in the second quarter for an 8-3 cushion at halftime.
Oswego then dominated the second half to secure the win.
Also netting goals for the Bucs were Brian Witmer (2), Eric Cooper (2), Jayson Brown, Sam Czarnecki, and Steve McManus.
Also credited with assists were Matt Howard and Brian Witmer.
In goal for Oswego (6-6), Brian Buske made 12 saves in three quarters of action. Bryan Thompson made one save in the other quarter.
Steve Jackson led Henninger (4-9) with two goals.
